About You
Our growing International Publicity team is looking for a passionate, driven Senior Account Executive to join DDA. You must be fully immersed in the film, television and entertainment space and have previous experience working in the world of press and publicity.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the International team across a portfolio of client accounts and will report into the Vice President of International Publicity. You are a confident, highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable liaising with journalists, clients and talent reps.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Delivery
● Providing overall organisational support to the team, including coordinating press junkets, press tours, trailer launch interviews, creative content days, formulating/adapting at-a-glance schedules to changing circumstances and creating status reports and timelines.
● Running smaller client projects independently under the guidance of a senior team member.
● Producing, reviewing and providing suggestions / support for the improvement of press material documents and presentations, excel budgets and other documents as required.
● Confidently pitching and securing press coverage for clients at festivals, drafting excellent pitch emails; utilising knowledge to put together strong press schedules .
● Assisting the lead on a festival / campaign project, ensuring responsibility for all related press activity .
● Providing detailed reports with wrap & coverage.
● Would feel confident running the DDA festival press office with the support of team account execs or independently as required.
Strategy and Commercial Awareness
● Understanding of media landscape and international consumer titles.
● Utilises knowledge to help provide insight for account team activity.
● Avidly follow industry news and review trade press daily, circulating key industry stories/news pertaining to DDA clients.
● Has a knowledge of key international journalists.
People
● Effectively manages workload and works closely with the team’s Account Executive and interns to ensure efficient delivery of documents requested.
● Able to recognise potential issues and is proactive in efficiently & effectively asking for support when needed.
● Manages/oversees the office admin & develops systems that work for the team.
● Maintains a professional manner and demonstration of strong work ethic towards clients, teams and DDA as a whole.
● Works closely with the rest of the team to enable and share learning across all account activity.
● Resourcefulness demonstrated in problem-solving and showing initiative.

● Must be happy to work additional hours as required and be available to travel internationally as needed. This will on occasion involve working evenings and weekends.
● Interest in International PR with preferable experience within the industry or associated fields..
● Additional languages are useful but not essential.
