The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join a growing mid-market sales team in Portsmouth. Your role will be focussed on helping our client to expand into the mid-market segment, targetting organisations with 200-1000 employees.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle (you will work closely with an established SDR/marketing team who will supply 14+ inbound meetings a month)
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Attend the Portsmouth office at least 2 days per week to collaborate with team members and management

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, close deals, and exceed targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for technology
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular office presence
