Angove Partners is working with an international Insurance company who are looking to add a Senior Account Handler to their Global and Corporate Risk Team, working within Multinational Client Practice. It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a period of growth.
About the Role
You will deliver an excellent and comprehensive service in the administration of new business, renewal and mid-term changes so that customers' needs are best satisfied through suitable cover and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day account management for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and authorise policy documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic projects, process improvements, and client engagement initiatives.
- Keep ahead of market developments, legislation changes, and emerging risks, ensuring advice and recommendations to clients are current and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account handling.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency with insurance systems and Microsoft Office suite.
