Position Summary
As a primary contact for clients, your social and interpersonal skills are paramount to your success. You will work in a team of account managers and sales people, supporting each other to delight our clients, and liaise with our delivery teams to ensure each project runs smoothly after the point of sale. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Supported by your director, team leader and team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing client relationships:
- Responding to and winning briefs consultatively
- Working with account directors to deliver account strategies; monitoring and reporting on account performance
- Planning to exceed targets for your client base
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are a success
- Supporting other team members and mentoring where applicable
- Developing and deepening relationships with your clients
- Presenting Research Now SSI products and services

Education And Experience
- University degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1 - 2 years sales experience in business environment.
Specialized Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior client service, interpersonal, critical thinking skills
Accountability – Proven results while managing changing priorities as well as maintaining direction and focus through proactive planning and organized approaches to work in order to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be conscientious, reliable, and punctual.

The best person for this role will already be working in a customer facing role. Often in a sales/account management role or within quantitative Market Research, negotiating the best possible outcomes with clients and supporting your internal team, if you have all or part of these experiences we would be very interested in meeting you to discuss the role further.
