The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as the senior point of contact for day-to-day account management. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategies and tactics
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts, keeping clients informed and up to date
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver the best results for clients
• Reviewing activity and account performance, constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve outcomes
• Managing multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Understanding diverse markets and cultural nuances to drive international success

• Has experience managing client relationships within a marketing or digital agency
• Possesses strong digital marketing knowledge (organic, paid, or both) and stays up to date with industry trends
