Senior Account Manager – Managed Services (Education/EdTech)
Location: Remote | Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + £25,000 OTE

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (SAM) to join our team and take ownership of key school and trust relationships, ensuring we deliver lasting impact and value through our Software Solutions. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be the go-to contact for your accounts, leading conversations that drive engagement, satisfaction, and strategic growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of schools and MATs, understanding their challenges and recommending tailored MIS and EdTech solutions.
- Proactively manage and nurture relationships, using your insight to support, retain, and grow accounts.
- Build a revenue pipeline by upselling additional products to existing Juniper customers and targeting new opportunities in the whitespace market.
- Own a pipeline of existing clients and whitespace opportunities—working closely with marketing, market intelligence and commercial teams to engage prospects through calls, emails, campaigns, and events.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Juniper’s product suite.
- Lead regular account reviews and meetings, using tools like our product matrix and customer health scores to advise clients and enhance equity, infill, and profitability.
- Ensure seamless internal collaboration for smooth service delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
- Provide strategic input to internal teams based on client insights and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within the education software or MIS/EdTech space
- A consultative approach and a strong understanding of how schools operate—and how to meet their evolving digital and data needs.
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and building trusted client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—verbal, written, and visual.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Resilience, drive, and curiosity—you’re always looking for the next opportunity and the next best question to ask.
Knowledge & Tools
- Familiar with CRMs like SugarCRM, HubSpot, and platforms such as Gong for tracking conversations and identifying insights.
- Commercially astute and analytically sharp—you use data to inform decisions and inspire confidence.
- Comfortable with account reviews, customer health reporting, and using insights to guide strategy.
