We're looking for a dynamic, confident, strategic and creatively-driven Senior Account Manager to provide paternity cover for 6 weeks who can build client relationships and drive our projects to new heights.

What you’ll do

Working closely with our team of strategists, producers and creatives you will help drive projects from initial structuring and planning, advising on strategy, creative and media choice, through to project management and delivery of the campaign.


Day to Day Management

● Client and account management

○ Maintaining direct, day-to-day contact with clients, internal teams and external partners to

develop, direct, and lead project planning and day-to-day execution; delivering on time,

within budget, and compliant with brand standards

○ Manage, present and oversee project brief development, assist in the creative brief

development processes

○ Schedule, attend, and lead client meetings generating meeting recaps with key notes on

considerations, deliverables, and responsibilities / action items

○ Develop and update project documents and presentations, such as Keynotes, Google Slides presentations, meeting notes, briefings and scope of work agreements, etc

○ Check In with the production team on budgets regularly and work with the finance team for

billing and project finances

○ Sound understanding of production techniques and timelines in order to be able to fluently

talk to clients and internal teams about project methods and approaches for both localisation

specific and creative projects.


● Set the tone

○ Represent the ethos of our agency when dealing with clients and prospects, taking a warm, enthusiastic, solution-first approach to building relationships and work together


Strategically and proactively-minded

○ Present a high level of marketing knowledge and strategic insight to clients, shared

proactively

○ Gain a detailed understanding on your clients’ business, brand and the competitive

landscape

○ Proactively seek to manage issues before they arise and work with internal and external

stakeholders to ensure client KPIs are met

○ Lead / participate in both internal team and client brainstorms

○ Assisting Senior Account Directors and Head of Account Partnership in building out client

account plans

○ Assisting Head of Account Partnership / Senior Account Directors in client business

development and reviews


Business acumen

● Understand a centralised agency-client business model and the challenges, expectations and

benefits that come with that for your client and the agency

● Identify and develop client cross over and up-sell opportunities. Focusing on client growth and

retention as the core of what you do, working against goals you will be set to reach

● Confident estimating and invoicing projects and campaigns accurately and punctually, in line with both our business’ and client financial deadlines

● Set the plan and actively check-in with producers to understand where projects are at from a financial and profitability perspective, regularly updating clients and proactively managing potential issues before they arise

● Working with the Senior Account Directors / Head of Account Partnership to track and stay informed of the revenue of their clients’ business

● Work with the senior management team to develop new business, including marketing collateral,materials and supporting pitches where needed


Collaboration

● Inspire and motivate your internal team – and external partners you work with

● Constantly work with the internal team to spot opportunities for improving ways of working,

documenting learnings, to improve and build processes that make our work more efficient and effective

● Strong knowledge of how each department in an agency works and how we need to work together

in order to ensure a great output for our clients

● Supporting junior members of the team from a project-level management perspective


Who you are

Experienced Account Manager: You have 5 years of experience in an Account Management role at a Creative/Digital Agency, delivering high quality work that consistently met deadlines and budgets for your clients.

● Partnership-Focused: Value building long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, build on trust, reliability, proactivity and building an understanding of their needs.

● Strategically and Creatively-Driven: Passionate about human insight and developing great strategy to embody it, and motivated by developing impactful creative work that brings it to life.

● Excellent Communicator: You articulate complex ideas clearly and build rapport with team members and clients alike.

● Adept Problem Solver: You’re a natural fixer. You remain calm under pressure and adjust smoothly to changing project requirements; approaching challenges strategically to find creative solutions that balance quality, time, and resources.

● Detail-Oriented Professional: Your attention to detail ensures that all deliverables meet our high standards.

● Team Player: You build strong relationships across departments and with partners, creating an environment where great work thrives.

● A Genuinely Good Person: You bring warmth and positivity to the team, approaching your work with enthusiasm and proactivity while demonstrating kindness in all interactions.
