What You’ll Do:
IMG Studios is a premier production centre with state-of-the art studios, post-production and live operations facilities. It houses 4 HD broadcast television studios, 9 production galleries, 3 dubbing suites, 50 edit destinations, 3 radio studios, an award-winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, and one of the largest data centres built specifically for digital media and broadcast in recent times.
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our Studios team.
This role sits as a senior-level client partner and team leader responsible for overseeing strategic relationships and account performance across a portfolio of key clients. This key role requires a balance of customer service, strategic thinking, and upselling skills. The primary responsibility is to ensure that client needs are met and their expectations exceeded, while also fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s growth.

- This is a permanent position based in our Stockley Park office, with some travel to our Chiswick Park office.
- May be required to work early mornings, late evenings or weekends to offer comprehensive client service and management support
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Work with the Senior Director, Commercial Solutions, and VP, Commercial Solutions to deliver the company’s commercial strategy
- Develop and maintain dynamic and strategic relationships with key clients, both internal and external
- Oversee Account Managers and Account Coordinators (as applicable), ensuring efficient account operations, consistent client communication, and delivery excellence
- Act as the main point of contact for all client account inquiries, including but not limited to quoting for new or additional projects, scheduling updates, budget review and invoice queries
- Collaborate with the Operations and Tech teams to ensure successful delivery according to client needs, schedule and budget, manage changes to the clients’ scope, schedule, and costs
- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure timely and accurate billing and to communicate any overspend to the client
- Maintain regular contact with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss opportunities for improvement and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing client accounts, “upselling” across all IMG Studios service areas
- Work with Senior Director, Commercial Solutions and Finance Manager to review individual client quotes, revenues and costs in MediaPulse to aid an informed view on resulting revenue. Ensure these client forecasts are regularly (monthly/quarterly) reviewed and/or adjusted into the IMG Studios ‘Pipeline’ which is a crucial part of the Studios business forecasting.
- Contract negotiations, in conjunction with Senior Director, Commercial Solutions
- Together with Senior Director, Commercial Solutions and VP, Commercial Solutions, work with the Marketing and Strategy team to analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations
- Delegate for Senior Director, Commercial Solutions as required

- Proven experience in Senior Account Management or client services, preferably within media, production or tech operations
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, lead client conversations, and resolve complex issues
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy

- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
