About The Team We Are Recruiting To

The team look after admin duties across all of the Environmental Services teams, from Passenger Transport, Streetpride, Waste, Report It, Lone worker checks to requests for metal detecting and data entry support to the technical team. It is a varied role and will be key to supporting the Environmental Services team. is accepting of all and is free from discrimination and bias.

What is the job role?
Inputting of overtime, Annual Leave, Report It, creating and receipt orders and use of the spectral Spatial system for checking ownership of land. Calls to lone workers, data entry, follow ups on Bulky waste or Assisted Waste collection applications. Monitoring outlook inboxes for multiple teams, minuet taking and varied admin tasks.
Who are we looking for?
You will have good working knowledge microsoft packages along with the ability to multitask to daily service needs. You need to be strong, self-assured and confident, as we work with a large workforce on a busy operational site. You will need you to be flexible with other departments but keeping your own work as a priority.
You will need to be able to work from the main depot and from other locations, we support homeworking, but the need for onsite support is a priority and flexibility is required.
