We are looking to strengthen our Framework team with a Senior Administrator based at Lingley Mere with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Framework Director and your role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Business
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from the project teams and Regional Leadership Team
- Events and meetings administration: taking lead role in assisting with regional events, presentations and sending out communications, arranging and attending events as required
- Maintaining framework data, including mailing lists, org charts and contact databases
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Supporting marketing efforts by collating data, preparing materials, and coordinating with the communications team.
- Office management assistance
- Working with Wellbeing and Social Team to help promote joint initiatives and fundraising events
- Maintaining SharePoint regional intranet site and an organised filing system for framework documentation ensuring compliance with BMS and document management systems
- Induction and training assistance for new personnel
- Managing ad hoc tasks and administrative projects
- Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups relevant to the role
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
- In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment and United Utilities as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
About You
Excellent computer and IT Skills with knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications - knowledge of, or interest in, digitalisation will be advantageous
Good written skills
