Your next challenge is here. As trusted advisors working on a variety of projects, the Internal communications team works to drive organizational consistency, ensure strategic alignment and maximize employee performance through engaging and impactful initiatives.
As a Senior Advisor part of our Internal communications centre of expertise, you will play a key role in elaborating the strategy, planning and delivery of internal communication initiatives for AtkinsRéalis in the United-Kingdom and Ireland region. You will work with various stakeholders to identify the best communication approaches, channels and messages to promote our culture and working environment.
Working days: This role requires a hybrid working model i.e. requirement to work from office 3 days a week.
How Will You Contribute To The Team
- Work alongside the various teams in Communications & Marketing to plan, execute and measure integrated internal communications strategies.
- Develop strong relationships and advise internal clients on internal communications best practices.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives on our internal channels, including articles, newsletters, videos, webcasts, etc.
- Coordinate internal events, from logistics to content creation.
- Evolve, maintain and ensure optimal use of processes, tools and templates to ensure efficient and harmonious internal communications practices within our centre of expertise.
- Act as a guardian of the brand, voice and visual identity for internal audiences, as well as a promoter of the use of the French language in communications.
What Will You Contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Literature, Journalism or a related field.
- Years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English.
- Strong writing skills.
- Sharp eye for detail.
- Proven ability to present complex, organizational or specialized topics in plain language to ensure maximum comprehension.
- Strong team spirit and proven ability to work under pressure and navigate delicate situations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to think outside the box, try new things and constantly look for better and bolder ways to get information out.
