We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst with strong Lean and automation expertise to join a fast-paced transformation team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional development teams, shaping requirements, driving process improvements, and enabling automation that delivers real business value.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within Agile environments across Media and Telecommunications
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, BDD, and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies and process/value stream mapping.
• Must have well rounded experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform gap analysis and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Agile delivery tools.

Desirable Skills

• Experience within automation projects (workflow automation, RPA, or similar).
• Exposure to telecoms or technology transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Kanban and DevOps practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Location & Working Pattern

London / Reading – onsite 2/3 days per week, followed by occasional trave to Reading for workshops.
