We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI and Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects in the professional services sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI and Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects in the professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of AI and automation solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Drive forward our ambitions for Agentic Process Automation and AI.
- Significantly expand and enhance existing automation and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.
- Develop and implement scalable AI models and algorithms.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI systems and automation tools.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI and automation solutions.
- Form strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive successful AI initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and automation best practices.
- Extensive experience in AI and automation architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R.
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere, Azure AI services, Agentic Process Automation, and AI agents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the professional services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in professional services.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security standards
