THE COMPANY

You’ll be joining a rapidly scaling digital media & streaming organisation with a highly collaborative culture, Despite them being a big name, they have a fast-paced, scale-up type culture!

THE ROLE

You will join the newly formed Marketing Analytics team where you’ll help shape the future of media measurement across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain Marketing Mix Models to measure and optimise campaign performance
• Translate MMM insights into experiment design – including geo-testing, A/B testing, and incrementality analysis
• Partner with key marketing stakeholders (performance marketing, brand, research, finance) to ensure insights are implemented
• Present clear, actionable recommendations backed by data
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Ad Sales, and Subscriber Growth teams to understand trading performance, forecasts, and subscriber engagement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and test-and-learn frameworks
• Excellent SQL skills
• Proficiency in R or Python
• Clear communication and storytelling abilities – you must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders
