The consultancy engages with finance functions to design and implement integrated planning models, helping organisations improve forecasting accuracy, streamline budgeting cycles, and enhance financial visibility across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan models for core finance processes, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Work directly with senior finance stakeholders to gather requirements, define model structures, and translate business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions
- Apply best practices in model architecture and data integration to support transparency, flexibility, and auditability in financial planning
- Configure and optimise Anaplan models to ensure performance, data integrity, and ease of use
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-side finance professionals to support training, change management, and ongoing enhancements
- Contribute to internal capability development and support knowledge sharing across the team
Experience & Skills Required:
- Substantial experience delivering Anaplan implementations within finance functions
- Deep understanding of financial planning processes, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow modelling, cost allocation, and scenario analysis
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder, with strong preference for Solution Architect certification
- Proven ability to engage with finance teams and translate complex business requirements into robust Anaplan models
- Familiarity with integration approaches between Anaplan and source systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including documentation of model logic and user guides
