Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Application Support Engineer located in West Midlands. The Senior Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level application support, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing thorough analysis to resolve application-related problems. Daily tasks include collaborating with IT teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various applications used within the council.
Qualifications
- Application Support and Technical Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or related fields
- Experience in a similar role within the public sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
