Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician based in Skipton, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves preparing and creating Revit models, Specs and Construction drawings. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the accuracy and quality of designs. Additional responsibilities include conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and providing technical guidance to your colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Technical Drawings
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
• Professional certification or registration as an Architectural Technologist or Technician is a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
