Description

A great opportunity to take full strategic and financial ownership of a flagship, high-profile asset and shape its long-term performance, relevance and value.

This role carries full P&L accountability and responsibility for setting and delivering the asset strategy, driving value creation, and overseeing performance across leasing, operations, financial management and stakeholder engagement. You will operate with an investor mindset, balancing short-term performance with long-term value, and leading a matrix of internal and external partners to deliver against a clearly defined business plan.

The successful individual will bring strong commercial judgement, confidence operating in complex stakeholder environments, and experience overseeing large, public-facing assets with multiple income streams.
