Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (currently 2 days in the office) for a Senior Associate in the New Build Residential Real Estate team at Lawrence Stephens. The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks, including providing expert advice to developer and plot purchaser clients, drafting and amending agreements for lease, leases and enquiries/replies.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in providing legal advice to clients
- Knowledge of new build / off plan properties
- Ability to handle time pressured transactions and working to tight deadlines
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting
- Able to supervise junior members of the team
- Enthusiastic about business developmemt to strengthen and make new connections
