Our client, a global top-10 Sovereign Wealth Fund, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to join their Business Performance & Operational Excellence team. Based in the Middle East and reporting into the office of the COO, the role offers exposure to senior leadership and spans three core verticals:
- Business performance monitoring & analytics
- Operational excellence initiatives
- Market data strategy and governance
The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, broad operational understanding, and the ability to work across complex stakeholder environments
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years professional experience, working for a top tier management consulting firm
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience advising C-suite or senior executives
- Smart, versatile, and proactive with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- International exposure
