Senior Associate / Director - Employment

I'm exclusively working with a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial law firm looking for a Senior Associate to take ownership of high-profile, commercially sophisticated employment work.

The Role:
The team offers breadth and depth across commercial employment - from sales, investments, and corporate support to advisory and high-stakes litigation. This includes:

• 
  Advising employers and senior individuals on the full range of employment law matters
• 
  Managing complex tribunal claims, including discrimination and whistleblowing
• 
  Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• 
  Advising on restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE
• 
  Supervising, mentoring, and managing associates
• 
  Driving business development and client relationship initiatives

Clients
This is the chance to work with some of the most high-profile clients, ranging from music and media stars to top corporates, investors, start-ups and charities.
Who we're looking for:

• 
  An England qualified Employment Solicitor 7+ PQE
• 
  Leadership experience, with confidence mentoring and managing associates
• 
  Strong commercial acumen across advisory, corporate, and contentious employment work
