Senior Associate Platform L2
As a Senior Associate Platform L2, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based microservices solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Your Impact
- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices using best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in RESTful web services, API design, and integration patterns.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Experience with reactive programming using Spring WebFlux or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and serverless computing.
- Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms.
