Description

As our Senior Associate Product Owner (m/f/d), you steer the evolution of our global data and reporting platform, turning complex stakeholder needs into trusted, actionable insights for decision‑makers worldwide.

What you will do

Own the end‑to‑end productization of our global data & reporting platform, from vision to release
Translate strategy into a clear, value‑driven backlog with measurable outcomes per increment
Lead iteration and release planning, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines
Work hands‑on with developers to model data and design performant, secure Power BI dashboards
Coordinate proofs of concept (PoCs) for new requirements and innovations
Drive user onboarding, training, and support to maximize adoption and continuously improve UX

What we are looking for

Proven Product Owner experience in agile teams (backlog refinement, iteration & release planning)
Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into feasible, impact‑oriented product increments
Advanced Power BI expertise (dashboards, DAX, performance optimization, row‑level security)

Understanding of enterprise data products, semantic models, and data governance

Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g. Azure ADF, Fabric, Databricks, Power BI)

Clear, confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders in a global matrix environment

You will join an international, cross‑functional team of data, product, and engineering experts where you can shape a scalable platform and grow your product ownership skills.
