Description

A top 20 international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (4–8 PQE) to join its thriving Real Estate team in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, strategically significant real estate transactions, advising a broad range of clients including developers, institutional investors, fund managers, property companies, and corporate occupiers.

The Role:

Lead on a variety of real estate transactions, including development and investment deals.
Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and funding of development sites and investment properties.
Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents (agreements for lease, development agreements, contracts of sale and purchase).
Provide strategic advice on planning, land assembly, and infrastructure agreements.
Support clients with landlord & tenant relations, including lease negotiations and asset management.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
