Senior Associate, Technical Solutions

Are you passionate about data, automation, and driving digital transformation? Join Pantheon’s newly-formed Data Integrity team within our Data & Analytics (DnA) function — a strategic pillar powering investment decision-making, client transparency, and operational excellence.

As Technical Solutions Manager, you’ll lead the technical evolution of our Transactions ( Reconciliations ) Team, delivering scalable automation and data solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and VBA. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of data integrity across the investment lifecycle.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead a small team focused on automation and digital enablement
• Design and implement workflow automations to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
• Champion data-driven decision-making with real-time Power BI dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Risk, and Core Portfolio Management
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a culture of innovation
• Act as SME for digital tools across the DnA department

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a Finance environment, ideally with some private markets experience (FoF, private equity, infrastructure, or private debt)
• Advanced VBA and Power Platform skills (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Office Scripts, and Excel Power Query
• An understanding of reconciliation processes and financial data flows
• Proven ability to lead change and manage technical projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field

🌟 Desirable:

• Financial qualifications (ACA/ACCA, CFA, IMC)
• Experience managing teams or working with offshore teams
