Audit Senior – Top 20 Accountancy Firm (SME Focus)

Are you an Audit Senior or experienced auditor looking for your next challenge? Key Responsibilities

• Lead external audits from planning through to completion for a varied client base.
• Manage and mentor junior auditors, promoting an inclusive and positive team culture.
• Review financial statements and identify key audit issues.
• Prepare statutory accounts and draft corporation tax computations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide value-added recommendations.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) would be preferred.
• Candidates nearing the end of their qualifications can be considered
• Strong UK experience in audit and assurance, particularly with SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
• Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
• Experience with group audits and consolidations.
• Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare, Alphatax, or CCH is an advantage.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
