What You’ll Be Doing

As Audit Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing audit assignments from start to finish. You’ll lead fieldwork, oversee technical compliance, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading audit fieldwork and managing team workflow.
• Reviewing outputs and issuing reports with minimal oversight.
• Identifying audit risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring service excellence.
• Overseeing technical compliance and advisory elements.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone who is:

• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivelent.
• Experienced in audit (3–4 years minimum), ideally within practice.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in supervising and developing junior staff.
• Technically strong with up-to-date knowledge of audit standards.
• A clear communicator with a client-focused mindset.
• Organised, commercially aware, and proactive.
