Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead strategic bids and proposals from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions. Key responsibilities include:

Lead strategic opportunities, from bid planning and strategy sessions to submission delivery.

Shape win strategies, storyboards, key differentiators, and compelling client value propositions.

Challenge and support technical teams to produce clear, persuasive content.

Manage bid governance, compliance, quality reviews, and timelines to ensure robust submissions.

Drive continuous improvement in bid tools, processes, and sector collateral.

Capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is shared across the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing bids in the built environment or professional services sectors.
Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
Excellent editorial and writing skills, able to turn technical input into client-focused content.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; InDesign is a plus.
Familiarity with APMP best practices
