Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded Consultancy business as their Senior Billing Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role working in a close-knit team of 6, reporting directly into the Billing Manager, supported by a much larger wider finance team consisting of Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Management Accounts and more. You will be based in their super modern Central London office 1 day a week, with the opportunity to work from home for the remaining 4 days.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating details of client contracts, managing the whole client billing process for specific billing offices, preparing and reviewing documentation for internal audit purposes, supporting with the month-end close process, addressing billing queries in a professional manner and providing training for new starters. In this role, you will be regularly working with Projects Managers, PAs, Partners and Accountants.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Billing role, ideally in a Professional Services, Legal or Media environment. You will be a strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. You will be a committed, engaging, self-motivated and driven individual with an outstanding work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. You will be a flexible, adaptable and mature team player who thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline driven environment. You will be a proactive, enthusiastic and determined individual with a working knowledge of SAP or another similar Accounting system.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
