What You’ll Do

• Lead the delivery of federated 3D models and linked BIM data, including COBie
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry best practices, and company processes
• Mentor and develop BIM Managers and Graduates, shaping the next generation of talent
• Manage BIM involvement on small to medium-sized projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term success

What We’re Looking For

• A collaborative leader with a passion for innovation and client care
• Experience in multi-disciplinary projects across sectors
• Skilled in managing teams from apprentices to senior BIM professionals
• Professional membership (RIBA, ARB, ICE, IStructE, CIBSE, IChemE, CIAT) is desirable
