This post is fixed term/secondment for 5 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
An opportunity for experienced Band 6 BMS to support the laboratory during delivery of the LIMS2 project. You will continue to cover your core role including shifts, stepping up to support as and when required.

Experience
Essential criteria
- Good, up to date knowledge of laboratory services relevant to a named blood sciences specialty.
- Knowledge & Experience of a wider Blood Sciences Service
- Evidence of involvement with service development
- Clinical laboratory post-registration experience
- Knowledge and experience of delivering quality led laboratory services
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of managing a laboratory or sections within a laboratory
- Ability to speak Welsh
