The Role

The brand is seeking a strategically minded Art Director to guide the evolution of its visual identity and elevate creative output across marketing and digital channels. This person will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across CRM, paid social, landing pages, editorial, and seasonal campaigns—ensuring the work feels premium, modern, and emotionally compelling.

You’ll lead a small but growing team of designers, mentoring their development while also staying hands-on in Figma. You’ll develop concepts, refine systems, and set a high standard of craft, consistency, and storytelling across every touchpoint.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment—someone who wants to build, not inherit, and who brings both conceptual ambition and practical execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital, CRM, social, and campaign environments, ensuring cohesion and emotional resonance.
• Art-direct and mentor freelance and in-house designers, helping to grow a permanent design team over time.
• Partner closely with content, video, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life through campaign development, photography, and product storytelling.
• Be hands-on in Figma—advancing design systems, templates, components, documentation, and overall creative clarity.
• Drive alignment across growth, CRM, editorial, social, and operations to deliver unified, high-impact creative.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, creative processes, and scalable systems that support long-term growth.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently, balancing creative ambition with commercial and performance-driven needs.

About You

• An experienced Art Director or Senior Designer ready to step into a broader creative leadership role.
• Portfolio evidence of conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and polished visual craft—ideally across lifestyle, consumer tech, or digital-first brands.
• Deep experience in Figma and digital design, including systems, workflows, and collaborative work.
• Comfortable guiding others while also rolling up your sleeves to produce high-quality work yourself.
• Skilled at managing and directing freelancers and external partners.
• Data-aware and able to use insights to strengthen creative effectiveness without losing emotional impact.
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments—especially those where the brand is evolving and not yet fully systemised.
• Brings empathy, clarity, and a strong intuitive understanding of audiences, particularly within lifestyle, female-led, or family-oriented categories.
