The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of engine build tooling and trackside race tooling. This includes concept generation, detailed design, validation, manufacture support, and continuous improvement based on factory and trackside feed
back.You will apply engineering first principles to develop robust, lightweight, ergonomic, and reliable tooling solutions that meet demanding performance, packaging, and operational requirements. In addition, you will guide and mentor engineers, supporting their technical development while ensuring high engineering standards across the
team.
