We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join North Yorkshire Councils Building Control team you will step into a pivotal role, shaping the future of building control in North Yorkshire.

As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering high-quality, regulation-compliant developments. You’ll:

*The basic salary for the post is from £42,839 – £47,181 plus a market supplement of £3,600 per annum, providing an annual salary package of up to £50,781.
For the right candidate, a recruitment welcome payment of up to 10% of starting salary may be payable as a one-off welcome payment.
