Role: Medical Affairs Business Analyst

Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Job Description:

• AI Expertise: Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI or Agentic AI projects, particularly in healthcare or life sciences domains.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with medical experts, clinical research organizations (CROs), external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, and oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA, ICH, and other applicable standards.
• Data Management: Coordinate data collection processes, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Study Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials, non-interventional studies (NIS), and other research initiatives from initiation through to database lock.
• Experience in business consulting or project delivery, with substantial exposure to the medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes, medical content, and compliance frameworks, including GxP.
• Prior involvement in AI/Generative AI-related projects is highly desirable.
