Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a data-centric project involving the integration of real-time systems and structured data pipelines. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and working alongside data specialists to ensure alignment between business logic and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data-driven systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, QA, and developers to design and refine end-to-end data workflows.
• Map data flows, define business rules, and ensure traceability from source to reporting layers.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions in agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Document system processes and audit-relevant traceability for compliance.
• Help facilitate testing and validation through detailed requirement documentation and user acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive or technical environments.
• Proven experience working on data-driven projects, ideally with a focus on real-time processing or system integration.
• Strong understanding of data workflows and working experience alongside data specialists or engineering teams.
• Comfortable translating complex business problems into structured, technical documentation.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process visualization (e.g., flowcharts).
• Familiar with agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Familiarity with CSV data formats, APIs, or audit/regulatory workflows.
