As a Senior Business Analyst based in London, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide change initiatives within a global asset management setting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading critical analysis tasks that underpin major corporate functions and regulatory programmes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to interpret complex requirements into practical solutions that enhance organisational efficiency. By partnering with project managers, technology leads, and external vendors, you will help shape programme deliverables while managing risks and dependencies. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing test strategies linked directly to business needs, ensuring all changes are implemented smoothly.

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead analysis tasks that directly contribute to the successful delivery of key business outcomes as required by project sponsors or product owners.
• Develop and implement effective business analysis approaches for enterprise change initiatives, including confirming scope, conducting impact assessments, gap analyses, options evaluations, requirements documentation, solution identification, and process redesign.
• Interpret complex business requirements into actionable process changes, organisational adjustments, and system enhancements that align with strategic objectives.
• Estimate complexity and size for solution design activities while ensuring technical designs adhere to architectural guidelines and business processes are optimised.
