About the Role

Our focus is on selling software and professional services for managing risk, compliance, and safety. As a strategic sales professional, you will play a crucial role in implementing our go-to-market strategy, which includes building partnerships and utilising direct sales methods.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling mid to large deals and tenders, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.

Your go-getting attitude, strategic mindset, and positive approach will be vital in building strong relationships with clients and achieving outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Include;

• Lead the strategic sales process, encompassing both direct sales, tenders and partnership development, to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations across different verticals, including the built environment and facilities sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
