We're looking for a driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to join us and play a pivotal role in growing our impact across the UK!
This is role can be offered on a fully remote basis, however someone local to the North East is preferred.
About the role
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the development of compelling, high-quality responses to new business opportunities, helping us increase our reach and deliver on our strategic business plan. You will clearly communicate how Everyturn will meet the needs of the people we support, expertly aligning our offer to commissioner requirements and wider intelligence.
You’ll oversee our bid management process end-to-end, creating persuasive narratives, robust bid plans, and clear win themes that demonstrate confidence in our ability to deliver outstanding mental health services. Working closely with development, clinical, operational and central support colleagues, you will also lead the creation of innovative new business and grant funding proposals that strengthen our partnerships with commissioners and expand our mission.
