Senior Business Development Manager (Projects)

London | Flexible working | UK travel

ISS is a global leader in workplace experience and facility management, delivering high-quality project solutions across the UK & Ireland.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Projects) to drive growth by selling smaller (sub-£1m) projects into our existing client base and securing work through key frameworks, with a strong focus on NHS and healthcare opportunities.

The role will focus on:

Identifying and converting sub-£1m refurbishment and small works projects within existing accounts
Working with account teams to uncover repeat and planned project opportunities
Leading and supporting framework bids and mini-competitions, particularly within the NHS
Managing opportunities from early engagement through to contract award
Collaborating with estimating, surveying and delivery teams to secure profitable work

About you:

Proven experience in projects-focused business development within construction, hard FM or a similar environment

Strong track record of selling smaller-value projects, ideally to existing clients

Experience working with public sector or NHS frameworks

Commercially astute, well organised and comfortable managing multiple opportunities

Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

This is a key role within a growing projects business, offering clear ownership, strong internal support and access to an established client base.
