About us 🐥

At Scrub, we specialise in automating the repetitive task of data cleansing or "scrubbing" in spreadsheets. We use the latest breakthroughs in AI and Machine Learning and apply them to spreadsheets to achieve superhuman accuracy. We are initially focused on the insurance industry but the technology we are building is suitable for many use cases.


We completed our Seed Round of funding in April 2023. We have strong customer traction already and a growing reputation within the insurance industry already and we are now building out our fantastic team further to enable us to scale 🚀


Responsibilities

  • Driving sales and business growth in the UK and beyond.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets and new clients.
  • Bringing new leads into the pipeline, developing these relationships, gaging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs, including RFPs and reports.
  • Support new leads throughout the entire sales process.
  • Ensuring CRM is up-to-date.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Report on sales forecasts and progress on KPIs in monthly company-wide meetings.  
  • Communicating effectively with the product and technical teams to share client requests, and share questions and deadlines with clients.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably technology sales.
  • Experience with working at all stages of the sale pipeline from lead generation through to procurement and legal.
  • Experience working with and communicating with key stakeholders and senior management at enterprise level.
  • Good understanding of the insurance industry. 
  • Network within the insurance industry.
  • Experience with quickly understanding a company’s products, the competition and industry.
  • Excited about being part of a small, quickly growing startup. You're good at working in an agile way including pivoting ideas where necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
