Holme Junior and Infant School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Business Support Officer to join our school.
Applicants Must
- Have a friendly, welcoming and professional attitude.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong relationships across our school community.
- Be adaptable and able to manage a changing workload with excellent attention to detail.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, utilising Word, Excel and email. Having a working knowledge of Integris and Parent Pay would be advantageous.
- Work hard and have excellent time management skills.
- Work closely with the Business Manager and Headteacher.
- Assist with financial administration duties in school including: the collection, accounting and banking of all cash, raising purchase orders and cheques in a timely manner and preparing accounts.
