Are you a commercially minded procurement professional with a passion for engineering and strategic sourcing? We’re looking for a dynamic Procurement Lead to join our team and take ownership of purchasing activities that support our Engineering Team’s CAPEX projects and contracts.

This is a strategically focused role where you’ll act as a key commercial representative in a cross-functional environment, driving efficiencies, minimising risk, and ensuring best total cost of acquisition across your spend areas.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading procurement activities for engineering-related CAPEX projects and contracts.
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect spend.
• Managing supplier relationships and contracts, particularly for smaller suppliers.
• Creating and maintaining supplier assessment programmes to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborating with operational leads to ensure best value and alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Delivering category reporting, identifying synergies, and achieving savings.
• Championing sustainability across the supply base.

🧠 What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Procurement Department or managing CAPEX contracts.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to supplier/vendor sites.
• Passion for sustainable sourcing and continuous improvement.
