Procurement Lead to join our team and take ownership of purchasing activities that support our Engineering Team’s CAPEX projects and contracts.
This is a strategically focused role where you’ll act as a key commercial representative in a cross-functional environment, driving efficiencies, minimising risk, and ensuring best total cost of acquisition across your spend areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading procurement activities for engineering-related CAPEX projects and contracts.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect spend.
- Managing supplier relationships and contracts, particularly for smaller suppliers.
- Creating and maintaining supplier assessment programmes to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborating with operational leads to ensure best value and alignment with strategic roadmaps.
- Delivering category reporting, identifying synergies, and achieving savings.
- Championing sustainability across the supply base.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Procurement Department or managing CAPEX contracts.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to supplier/vendor sites.
