Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Spalding.
This role involves leading care staff during the night shift, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and respectful setting.
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
- Working towards or willing to undertake Level 3 qualification
- Experience in a care environment and leading a team
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach to your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents during the night
- Supervise and support night care staff
- Assist with medication administration and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and choice of all residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
