We’re now looking for a
Senior Care Lead (Days) 21 hours per week to join our warm and welcoming team at
Court Regis in Sittingbourne, Kent.
If you hold an
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and have
experience in a senior care role, we’d love to hear from you!
💙 What You’ll Do
As a Senior Care Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our care community — leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care every day.
You’ll
- Lead by example, ensuring care is delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
- Supervise and mentor Care Assistants to achieve the highest standards.
- Support the Home Manager and Deputy in maintaining smooth operations.
- Help train and develop your team while promoting a safe, positive working environment.
- Champion Health & Safety and uphold Avante’s commitment to quality care.
