Senior Care Leads to join our founding team. If you're passionate about care, take pride in your work, and want to help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.
💼 Your Role
As a Senior Care Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent care and leading by example. You'll:
- Lead and support a team of Care Support Assistants to deliver person-centred care.
- Provide hands-on support and build meaningful connections with residents.
- Supervise and manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
- Mentor and train staff ensuring a safe, supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

✔ NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)
