I am hiring for Senior Category Manager (ITC)
Location: Reading (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Job Description
• Lead end-to-end public procurement activities within the ITC category, ensuring compliance with public sector and defence procurement standards (including PA23 and open frameworks).
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and drive cost optimisation across complex contracts while influencing delivery outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to align commercial strategy with organisational objectives and governance requirements.
• Operate autonomously to deliver high-quality commercial outputs, leveraging strong public procurement expertise and experience with MOD or wider government environments.
• Apply a strong understanding of IT procurement and systems (ERP/SAP desirable) to support competitive, flexible procurement activities within a secure and regulated environment.
