About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior practitioner to take on a pivotal role within a nationally recognised childcare practice, handling complex and private matters while working alongside some of the strongest lawyers in the field.

Responsibilities

Managing a varied and complex caseload of private childcare matters, including care proceedings and advocacy
Providing supervision, mentoring and strategic guidance to junior lawyers
Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the department

Qualifications

7+ years’ practice experience in children law

Required Skills

Strong technical expertise and confidence running complex cases independently
A collaborative approach with the ability to lead, supervise and inspire others
