If you want a civil engineering role where you shuffle paper, never see a site, and spend your days in “alignment meetings” — this isn’t it.

We’ve got a big pipeline in the Power & Renewables sector, and we need someone who can actually do the job. That means knowing your way around tender documents, site constraints, drainage, access roads, and the sort of earthworks that make lesser engineers cry.

You’ll work with electrical engineers, estimators, project managers, consultants, and clients who expect you to know your stuff and speak up when something’s wrong. You’ll guide the juniors, stand your ground with contractors, and make sure what’s drawn is actually buildable.

You’ll Need

• A civil engineering degree or HND
• 5+ years post-grad experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in Power & Renewables)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to split your time between office work and site visits (UK & Ireland)
• Enough backbone to challenge designs, costs, and schedules when they don’t make sense
